France-based Decathlon operates over 1600 stores across the globe with 40 in-house brands outfitting athletes for over 80 sports. Driven by both innovation and accessibility, the company tapped snøstrand to lead North American insight strategy and copywriting for its most ambitious research project to date: a bilingual report on the future of sport.
New Brand, New Potential
After a decade of as the leading destination for human resources and investing in the startup space, AngelList’s business had drastically changed. Two largely separate business units were competing over the same parent company brand. TLDR, time for a rebrand.
Utilizing internal and external stakeholder interviews, we framed the macro story of the company’s founding, its ambitions and the values that drive it. Working with creative directors and strategists, we established the brand’s tone for future creative and united the two business units under one inspiring brand.

An Iconic Brand, A Critical Moment
Following a bankruptcy and corporate reshuffling, the Quiksilver brand was in trouble. What was once iconic was slipping into irrelevance. We worked with global marketing and innovation teams to establish and execute brand and communications strategies.
We identified two key areas of potential: technical products and lifestyle. Our role expanded to include media strategy for the North American markets, directing paid and earned media for events, film releases, and key product launches.

The Last Car Ever Made Will Be a Sports Car
Porsche is balancing a heritage of motoring excellence with an ambitious vision for the future of both the brand and our collective conception of sportscars. The first chapter in that story is the all-electric Taycan.
We created a content strategy and penned content that pays homage to the company’s history of engineering and innovation while introducing the Taycan to a tech-savvy, detail-oriented audience. Transparency is essential to the EV market, so we left nothing out and elevated user reviews.

An Auto Giant Pivots at a Critical Moment
When the pandemic shuttered businesses and forced assembly lines to come to a halt, Ford’s Detroit factories were no different. But they didn’t stay quiet for long. The brand utilized its manufacturing expertise and extensive supply chain to start making PPE.
We developed and executed a content campaign to tell this story in partnership with Ford’s marketing team and media agency. We have since worked with Ford on campaigns for the Mustang Mach-E and Bronco Sport.
